We will make every effort to ship orders within two business days. We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1-3 business days. For larger orders we sometimes ship via UPS, which takes up to 7 business days.

Yes! Please call (510) 429-1797 during store hours to place a phone order. Store hours are: Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
No. Our online shop is a collection of our signature blends, some hard-to-find items, some staples and some Oaktown specialties. We have many more products and size options available at our Oakland shop. If there is something at the shop that you cannot find online, please call us at 510-201-5400 to place a phone order.
